NEXO NS-1 Software Installation

Prior NS-1 users can use their existing licence keys. Install the program over the top of your present installation and all should be well.


Note: You will need a licence key to use the software. The key is free but you must ensure that you are connected to the internet and have a working email client installed when you install the product. 

If you are a new user, follow the instructions below to install:

Unzip the installer file to a folder of your choice. (There is only one file so saving it to your desktop is ok)

Navigate to the file "NS1_v308b1.exe". Follow the prompts (keep suggested install folder if possible) and your software will be installed.

Once installed, start the software (go to START / All Programs / NexoSoft / NS-1 Application).

To operate the software you now need to get a "Release Code" from Nexo. This fully unlocks the software for use. To do this, in Ns-1 main screen go to Help / Release Code. You will notice that NS-1 has generated a machine code in the top box. Press the "Prepare Email" button. This will launch your email client and prepare an email to send to Nexo to get your Activation Release Code. Fill in the missing detail on the email form and send the email to Nexo. 

Nexo will respond (usually within 24 hours) with a release code tailored for your machine. Copy the code into the lower box and then press the "paste release code" button. This will paste in the code and activate your software. 

Note that you will only have to do this ONcE for this machine. Any further updates of the software will use your existing code. 

Once you have this code all features will be unlocked.
